4. Wait for us to contact you (around July) to see if you’ve been selected !

Coaching Notes:

1. Practices may be held Monday through Thursday ONLY.

2. Children with serious injuries (incurred on or off the soccer field) must receive a doctor's release and also must have a Participation Release Form filled out. You can get the form from AYSO's national website at www.soccer.org or by clicking the following link: PARTICIPATION RELEASE FORM. Please contact your Division Coordinator, or the Regional Coach Administrator for further instructions.
