A WRITTEN REQUEST (NO EXCEPTION) for a Player Refund must be made via US mail ONLY.
Refunds will only be honored with:
Players in Division: U5,U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U19 Post marked before July 1st Registration Fees Minus $20.00 processing fee for any player dropped before July 1st. Minus $25.00 uniform fee. ($25.00 will be included in refund if uniform has been returned)
Refund request post marked after July 1st NO REFUND (with exception to special circumstances)
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process |
